In April 2026, LVMPD, Animal Control and other local and state authorities raided our previous business, Working Dogs of Nevada after a lengthy felony animal cruelty investigation. 35 dogs were seized and our license was revoked. Two of our employees, John Johnstone and Tabitha Berube, were arrested. Johnstone was an illegal, was deported back to his home country, and the District Attorney was bought off and dropped charges against Berube.

Less than a month later, we came up with a new scam and decided to open another business called Nevada Canine Training Facility. We quietly opened in the very same building, but used a different person to register the business as to not be flagged by authorities or the public.
